What Happens After Submission

Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint:

  • We will review the notice and the allegedly infringing material.
  • If the complaint is valid, the infringing content will be removed or access to it will be disabled.
  • We may notify the content provider of the removal and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled, you may send a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the removed material and its previous location on our site.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full contact information and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
